I make the unglamorous parts of global commerce work — quietly, accurately, at scale.
My career runs from data engineering and ETL pipelines into product — which means I can sit with engineers in the schema >_ select * and with finance in the ledger, and translate cleanly between them.
At Passport I've grown from PM I to Senior PM across the money-and-movement side of cross-border: duty-and-tax, invoicing and payments, seller-of-record programs in 30+ countries, and the parcel and reconciliation systems underneath them. I tend to find the expensive, invisible gaps — a billing-logic flaw, a calculator drifting off true — and close them before they compound.
